Attendance that marks itself
Kwilo Campus reads a classroom camera feed and marks attendance per session, so faculty spend class time teaching instead of calling out roll numbers.
What the attendance module does
A camera at the front of the room checks faces against the enrolled cohort at the start of each session. Each student is marked present, absent, or late, with a timestamp. Faculty can review and correct the log before it locks for the day.
Where AI does the work
Face recognition runs on-device against your enrolled student photos, so there is no manual entry and no separate biometric device to maintain. The same data feeds directly into attendance-shortage alerts and HoD reports, without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.
Built for real classrooms
Attendance is one of the most-used modules in Kwilo Campus, because it is a workflow every department runs every single day. Face recognition is running in real classrooms, not a demo.
