CO-PO attainment tracker for NBA / NAAC accreditation.

Kwilo aggregates marks from all assessment components, computes direct and indirect CO attainment, and generates SAR-formatted reports — eliminating the spreadsheet marathon before every accreditation visit.

How attainment tracking works

Faculty map each assessment question to one or more Course Outcomes (COs) at the time the paper is set. After results are entered, Kwilo computes direct attainment for every CO using your institution's chosen threshold (typically 60% of learners scoring ≥ 50% marks on mapped questions). Indirect attainment is sourced from learner and exit survey responses already collected in the platform. CO-PO and CO-PSO mapping tables are set once by the HoD; Kwilo derives Programme Outcome (PO) attainment automatically across all courses in the program.

For HODs, IQAC coordinators, and NBA/NAAC documentation teams

NBA Tier-1 accreditation requires criterion-wise attainment data for every semester across a rolling 3-year window. NAAC's OBE criterion requires documented COs, attainment levels, and remedial action plans for underperforming outcomes. Before Kwilo, this data lived in 40+ faculty spreadsheets that someone on the documentation team had to consolidate, verify, and reformat. Kwilo holds all assessment data in one system and generates the consolidated report in the SAR template format on demand.

NBA and NAAC report templates

Kwilo ships templates for NBA Tier-1 SAR (2021 format), NBA Tier-2 SAR, and NAAC SSR Criterion II (Teaching-Learning and Evaluation). Reports are generated as editable Excel workbooks and PDFs. Every number in the report links back to the underlying assessment record so reviewers can verify any figure during the peer team visit without hunting through backups.

Lightening the accreditation workload

Colleges in our early pilot cohort use Kwilo's CO-PO tracker to replace spreadsheet consolidation with attainment data that traces back to the underlying assessment record. IQAC coordinators tell us the biggest win is not rebuilding the same mapping from scratch every accreditation cycle.
