What the staff & HR module does
Faculty and staff records, leave balances, and leave applications live in one place. A staff member applies for leave from their phone, and it routes straight to their HoD for approval, with the balance updated the moment it is granted.
Where AI does the work
Leave requests are checked against timetable commitments before they reach the HoD, so approvals flag a clash with a scheduled class or exam duty automatically, instead of the HoD having to remember what that faculty member is teaching that week.
